No, I don't think they are synonyms. чаҳор is the formal and standard way to write number 4 in words, while чор is one way to informally say the same when talking to others. Also, in poetry чор is sometimes used for чаҳор.

зинтихобот or интихобот

Hi,

Hello,

It is интихобот, for certain. This letter "з" (pronounced "z") is most probably meant to be "э", instead. It is pronounced "ee", as in Эрон - "eeraan". No additional letter is needed, however, and only "и" is sufficient at the beginning.
